  1. Introductory provisions
  2. According to these General Terms and Conditions, the relationship between "Uni Skin Lab" OOD, EIK 207069353, with registered office and management address: Stara Zagora, p.k. 6000, Patriarch Euthymius St. No. 91, entrance B, app. 34, in its capacity as a seller and operator of the e-shop at the address https://www.unitaskincare.com/ , with e-mail and telephone contact: info@unitaskincare.com ; +359 897 866 965 and you, as a user who concludes a purchase contract with us.
  3. We apply a uniform approach to all visitors to our e-store and provide them with the same benefits whether they are users or not. Therefore, the rules set out in these General Terms and Conditions are applicable to all our customers.
  4. These General Terms and Conditions cover the purchase of goods in our online store. They refer to the purchase of goods on the Internet, on the website indicated above or on our phone number, Instagram and Facebook profile.
  5. Conclusion of a purchase contract
  6. You can enter into a purchase contract within the meaning of Art. 45 of the Consumer Protection Act with us remotely through the e-shop, on our customer phone number or through the indicated e-mail address, Instagram and Facebook profile.
  7. In the case of a distance purchase contract, the order placed by submitting the order on the website or through the customer telephone number and e-mail is valid for a period of 7 days and we will confirm its receipt by e-mail or on the telephone number provided to contact you . The distance sales contract is considered concluded at the time of delivery of the ordered goods. Each user will be duly informed by e-mail about the shipment of the goods.
  8. We inform you that we have the right to determine the maximum quantity of a certain product that you can order, respectively the maximum quantity that we can deliver.
  9. The order from the online store is sent by pressing the "Confirm order" button. The text of the general conditions together with the data from the order placed are stored in accordance with the applicable legislation for 5 years, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ, L 119/1 of 4 May 2016), hereinafter referred to as "Regulation (EU) 2016/679" , and the Personal Data Protection Act. In the event that you enter incorrect data, you have the opportunity to correct it by contacting us in a way convenient for you and informing us in a timely manner.
  10. Product prices are subject to change. It is necessary to check the final sale price before placing your order with the Company, regardless of the order method chosen.
  11. If discount codes are available, they are personalized codes that allow you to take advantage of discounts on purchases made through our online store, on our customer phone number or through the specified email address, Instagram and Facebook profile. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent under any circumstances.
  12. The Company reserves the right not to process orders when they are incomplete or inaccurate, or the products are no longer available (in stock). In these cases, the Company will inform you by e-mail or another contact method specified by you that the execution of the requested order is not possible, indicating its reasons for this. The Company will inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products within ten (10) days from the day your request is received.
  • Cancellation of contract without reason
  1. According to Art. 50 of the Civil Code, the user can withdraw from the concluded contract on the Internet or by phone or e-mail, without giving a reason, within a period of 14 days from the moment of delivery of the goods.
  2. If you wish to exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision within the above-mentioned period by contacting us at info@unitaskincare.com or by phone +359 897 866 965, on our Instagram and Facebook profiles, or by using the contract withdrawal form, which you will find here.
  3. In the event that you withdraw from the contract, the price of the goods paid by you will be refunded. In case of cancellation of the contract, the cost of delivery for returning the goods is at your expense. The price paid by you for the goods is refunded no later than 14 days from the date on which we were notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract, but we may withhold payment of the relevant amount - price of returned goods until we receive the goods or until you provide us with proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used to pay the price of the goods, unless the consumer has expressed his express consent to use another means of payment and provided that this is not associated with costs to the consumer.
  4. Not later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer must send the goods to the following address: Stara Zagora, p.k. 6000, Patriarch Euthymius St. No. 91, entrance B. In this case, the consumer bears the costs associated with returning the goods.
  5. The user is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods. Please also note that you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract for goods that are not in their original packaging and that cannot be put back in the packaging for hygiene reasons (e.g. opened cosmetic products and other goods that come into direct contact with the skin).
  6. Complaints
  7. If upon delivery it is found that the product has a defect, the consumer has the right to request the removal of the defect in the form of a new delivery or a refund of the amount paid. In the event that the removal of the defect is impossible, the user has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. These rights also apply in the event that such defect becomes apparent at a later date.
  8. We will be liable for defects in the goods if they occur within two years of delivery or before the expiry date shown on the packaging.
  9. In particular, goods are considered defective when they do not have the usual or presented properties, do not fulfill their intended purpose, do not meet legal requirements or are not delivered in the agreed quantity and/or with the agreed quality. Please note that increased sensitivity or an allergic reaction to the delivered goods cannot in itself be considered a defect of the goods. The photos of the products in our online store are only illustrative and do not constitute a binding description of the properties of the products.

Please do not forget to indicate what the defect you have identified is or how it manifests itself, as well as your request regarding the way to resolve your complaint.
  11. We will inform you of the progress of your claim, in particular whether it has been received, approved or rejected, by email or text message. We can also contact you by phone.
  12. We will make a decision on the complaint in a timely manner. The processing of the complaint, including the rectification of the defect, will not normally exceed 30 days. Otherwise, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. You are required to provide us with the necessary assistance to meet the above deadline.
  13. In the event of a justified complaint, we will bear the costs associated with returning the goods.
  14. Method of payment and delivery
  15. You can choose the payment and delivery method from the options we offer. Before sending the order, we will notify you of the chosen method of payment and delivery, as well as the costs associated with it. When choosing the online card payment option, the customer is aware that the payment will be debited from the card at the time of the transaction.

  • General information
  1. In accordance with the Sales Registration Act, the seller is required to issue a receipt to the customer when payment is made in cash. When payment is made by postal money transfer through a licensed postal operator, the merchant is not obliged to issue a fiscal receipt. The seller is also required to register the sale online with the tax authorities, and in the event of a technical failure, this should not be later than 48 hours.
  2. The authority for out-of-court proceedings in case of a dispute or the one that examines customer complaints is the Commission for Consumer Protection in the Republic of Bulgaria - https://kzp.bg/ . The dispute can be resolved online .
  3. The contract is concluded in Bulgaria and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
  4. All product prices are inclusive of VAT applicable at the time of order. In the event that the VAT rate changes before the conclusion of the purchase contract or before the shipment of the goods, the customer is obliged, taking into account the selected payment method, to pay the difference due to the purchase price, or the seller will immediately send an email to the customer, in which asks the customer to inform the seller how the seller can reimburse him for the overpayment of the purchase price.
  5. By confirming the order, you agree to receive the invoice in an electronic version. We will attach the e-invoice to the e-mail with which we will notify you of the dispatch of the order. If you still wish to receive an invoice in paper form, please write to us so that we can send it together with your order.
  6. All product prices, including discounts, are valid until further notice or until the quantity is exhausted.
